First, you can follow the suggestions provided by @PC2790 to troubleshoot. If the problem still exists, please provide more information screenshots, such as the configuration process, refreshed data source information, error information, etc.

@PC2790 , Frankly I am not very sure whether it was working or not. This dashboard was maintained by someone else and I took over it after that person left the team. But I am assuming it must be working as the data was updated there.
I did some redesigning of the dashboard both visual and data.
My problem is that the failure details are not enough for me to figure out what is the issue and how to address those.

You can collect logs from the on-premises data gateway app to better investigate it, this file is saved to the ODGLogs folder on your Windows desktop in .zip format.

Can you point me to On-Premise data Gateway App to triage it?
My application was disabled for some time and then I enabled auto refreshed. Auto-refresh worked for few days and today it failed again.
@v-henryk-mstf , No the issue is not solved yet.
My problem is that I am not getting enough information from the error? Is there a way I could get more information either locally or from some logs?

Was the refresh happening before successfully? Or this is the first time it was attempted and it got failed.
Are you using a gateway? What sources you are using?
Couple of troubleshooting things you can do:
1) Download the pbix and try to refresh manually and see if it is giving the same error.
2) Monitor the next run as it could be a temporary issue
3) Check step by step in Power Query for any error
1. Locally, I am manually refreshing each and every data source. Is there a way to refresh every data source using a single click?
2. The issue is not temporary, I am receiving refresh failures emails for 4-days.
3. Can you please provide the steps to check. there are many data sources in my dashboard, around 1 for each widget which makes it difficult to manually seek for each data source but as far as I checked I don't see any issues there.
