Report not refreshing but Dataflow will

The dataflow which my report is using in Power BI IS refreshing, but the Report that uses the dataflow is NOT refreshing.

The gateway is setup right, so I'm thinking there's an issue with the connection between the dataflow and the report in the Power BI app. If I download the pbix file and refresh, it DOES refresh correctly. Right now I'm just replacing the report, which is not a good solution because this is a report that needs refreshing daily.
