Report Subscription

I am trying to allow my users to subscribe to reports that I have put onto the on-prem report server and the option is greyed out. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have given the user B...

So if that other page is external to the Report Server Portal then there is not too much that we can do about that, it's a problem for the maintainer of the other page to deal with.

 

The menu option on the portal generates a link like the following, you could maybe add an extra "subscribe" link on your other page next to the link that opens each report to allow people to subscribe.

Sorry need help with this - is is not working. https://mypowerbiserver/reports/manage/catalogitem/addsubscription/pasted here the path to the report starting with after "reports"

I am just getting this site can't be reached.
