I am having .PBIX file in my laptop and I need to host this file to Power BI report server Which is available in another server. Kindly help and guide me to do this.

So, in general if you have the right version of Report Server, you can upload the PBIX file and people can go to the Report Server and click the file and open it in Power BI Desktop.
Also, if you have matched versions of Power BI Desktop RS and Report Server, you can use the Publish feature and Publish to your Report Server.
