Report Server Security Reporting

I have now created reports using the Power BI Server logs on who has added, requested and updated reports on the server, but I am interested in being able to report on the users and AD groups that have access to reports (not just who uses them).

Is there a log or available dataset(s) to query the group or users and their associated roles for a security report?

So permission setup rather than usage?
