Hi folks
I'm using Power Bi Report Server on perm (August 2018) Evaluation mode and have some issues about memory management.
We've created some reports ( mostly are live connections to SSAS and a few direct connections to a data source ). Our server has about 80 gigabytes of ram with 8 cores CPUs.
The issue is after a few days, we see lots of processes in task management taken lots of memory shown as ReportingService.exe. Every process has its own PID. And when we stop the report server, all processes kill immediately advocating all of them are related to the main process ( power bi report server hosting ). Is there any way to limit the maximum memory allocation to report server?
Hi,
I found this article about our problem:
