Report Builder installed and receive "Did you run into issues? You'll need Report Builder"...

When I edit a report on the report server UI, I receive a dialog that states:

 

Did you run into issues? You'll need Report Builder installed on your computer.

 

Report Builder 2016 is installed on my computer from the download item in the top right hand corner of the screen.  I have administrative access on the folder where the reports are located.

 

How do I have this message go away?
