Repeat Visuals Per Employee in Report

Is there away to repeat the same visualizations per employee in Power BI report? 

As an example, when the end user selects a department from a slicer, the employee list would change, but each employee would have the same set of 5 or so visualizations.

 

 

Has anyone accomplished this if so how?

Possibly by using a Table visualization with SVG measures. See the Quick Measure gallery for examples of SVG measures. https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Quick-Measures-Gallery/bd-p/QuickMeasuresGallery?sortby=postdate
