Removal of published report due to inactivity

Hello! 

I recently recieved an email from microsoft (image below) stating that my online report have been removed due to inactivity within the last two months. 

Does that mean that strictly becuase no one has viewed the report online within the last two months or that no one haas edited or opened the reported within the powerbi website? 

Also if this is strictly due to the fact that one one has visited the website in the past two months, is there a way to turn that setting off so that the website will always be live?
