Hi,
I am having issues updating a Power BI report from the report server:
- The Report is connected to an SAP Data Source via ODCB.
- The Refresh from Power BI Desktop is working and other reports connected to the same source via Report server are also working.
- The special thing in this case is that we changed the data source of existing power BI reports from MS SQL to SAP HANA/DWC.
For this particular Report a direct query connection was used (with MS SQL Server). As the ODBC connector is only working with import connection, the source was changed to import via the "switch all tables to import" - function. This also works fine and refreshing is as said possible in Desktop Version. - After that we saved that report on the PBI Report Server and try to set the Connection and Refresh schedule we always get a connection error (Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed (RTE:[1000013] The system cannot find the file specified.)
Is this a known problem and is there any way to get this fixed?
