Hello Everyone, I am facing and shcedule refresh error. I am getting an below message. Could you help me undertsand and resolve the issue. Thank you

1. The gateway service isn't running
2. The machine hosting the gateway is turned off
3. There are network connectivity issues preventing access to the gateway

Steps to Resolve

 1. Check Gateway Status
- Go to the machine where the gateway is installed
- Open the "On-premises data gateway" application
- Verify the gateway shows as "Running"
- If not, click "Restart" or "Start" the service

2. Verify Machine Status
- Ensure the computer hosting the gateway is powered on 24/7
- Check that it's not going to sleep or hibernating during refresh times
- Verify network connectivity is stable

3. Check Power BI Service Configuration
1. Log in to Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com)
2. Go to Settings (gear icon) > Manage gateways
3. Verify your gateway appears and shows as "Online"
4. Check that the data sources are properly configured to use this gateway

I think you're in the wrong forum.
gateways are a thing only on Power BI Service, this area is for Power BI Report Server.

If you use a personal gateway then the PC where the gateway is installed must be switched on, and the personal gateway application must be running.

If you use an enterprise gateway contact the gateway admin for assistance.
