Refresh Failure on Credentials even though credentials are correct

I am receiving the error:

Credentials are required to connect to the SQL source. (Source at OnSiteSQLDB.). The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface

Obviously changed the name of the DB.  But when I check data sources Test Connection - it tests successfully.  When I open the report and refresh - it refreshes no problem.  But the schedule fails.  I have tried multiple times at different times a day and created  a new schedule but to no avail.

Any ideas???

Double check if you are also Saved permissions after Test connection.
Or you can try reopen report from Power BI Desktop (in correct version), Save as back to Report Server under different name, and setup permissions and schedule again.
