Re-Using report data set in Report server

Do we have report dataset available in Report server once report is published/saved to report server?

We have this is PBI service where we can directly create a report from dataset. Can we do something similar in Report server?

Currently I saved report1 to report server, but if i want to create a new report2 based on dataset that we already build for report1 how can we acheive this?

Hi @Anonymous,

As of now, it is not available to connect to the dataset of an existing PBI report published to server. Maybe you need to download the report locally, then, edit the report with the same dataset.
