Hi,

Thanks for looking at my post. I have introduced row level security and just wondering is there way to input group users instead of one by one for portal please?

Hi @jimpatel ,

You could create a AD group in domain controller, then add user to the group, in report server web portal, assign the role to the group.

Note: Role assignments through group memberships are only supported when the Power BI Report Server is configured to run with NTLM or Kerberos authentication. Servers running with Custom authentication or Windows Basic need users explicitly assigned to roles.
