Problem with new PBI Jan 2024 feature(Enhanced data label)

Hello community,
As you know a new feature is released on new PBI report server Jan 2024 as enhanced data label, that allows to add secondary metric.
but as you can see on the attachech picture, you can set a KPI that show the changes amount using arrows and colors which is dynamic.
the problem is that mine just shows the number and that's all.
where I'm doing wrong.

You need create measure to control the display, i create a simple sample for you, please refer the attached .pbix file.
