PowerBi Report Server Cannot Run

I cannot get the installation application to run. Immediately errors and says to clse the program

Hey jmalloryiridium,

 

Make sure you have the correct .NET Framework installed on the location you are installing Power BI Report Server.

 

Make a note of the mimimum required .NET Framework version located under System Requirements from the page where you download the Power BI Report Server.
