PowerBI report cloud- find the source path of excel data set on onedrive

We have a PowerBI report which was developed from the cloud(Not used Desktop version). The dataset for this report is pointing to onedrive of an ex-employee who developed this report. The report refresh is not happening as expected from the day his account got deactivated. Recently we have reactivated his account and noticed there are no files in his one drive account. Then we uploaded the required files into his one drive account and refreshed the dataset as well as the report. But we are not seeing any difference in the report data. The dataset refresh was not giving any error when manually refreshed the dataset. Same has happened even after we deleted the files from one drive and do a manual refresh

Now we have doubt about the location of the file in one drive.  The reason is when we create a new dataset from the newly uploaded excel, then the manual refresh worked as expected when the file available on one drive.  But when we delete the file and do a refresh got below error

"We are unable to locate the file on OneDrive for Business. Please check that the file exists in this location. Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details."

Is there any option to find out the source path of a report dataset from PowerBI cloud? Also, can we change the source path of an existing dataset to a new excel path directly from the cloud(Without using the desktop)

One more observation is even after refreshing the dataset without any issue the last refresh time still shows an older date.
