PowerBI Report Server Service Stop

Hi all, 

 

On 30 Nov my colleague found the PowerBI report server service is suddenly unreachable from the clients. Checking the EventViewer and found error message during that time as you see below: 

 

Not sure what is really happen and what to do next, please help me to figure it out and let me know from where I can start the journey to resolve the issues, so the same issue is not happen again in the future.

    Hi rachmatthidayat ,

    I would start the Service again. Go to Services and search the Power BI Report Server Service and stop and start it or simply open the configuration manager and start it there ;). In most of the cases this works. If not take a look into the Event Log after starting it again.
