PowerBI Report Server Pricing
I need to know how does pricing of powerbi report server works? I am aware we need powerbi premium licenes to have report server. So it becomes 4995$/capacity. What does capacity mean? does it me...
and by users, do we mean people viewing anlysis or also the analystsi who clreate and share analysis on powerBI report server?

The number of users refers to the number of people who are accessing and interacting with Power BI reports hosted on Power BI Report Server. This includes both users who are viewing the reports as well as users who are creating and sharing analysis on the report server.
