Power bi report server VS browser language

I have published a report to the power bi report server. I can view it easily in my browser but when I changed the browser language to Arabic It shows the measurement in the charts (bn) in Arabic.

If I switch back my browser language to English it shows the report shows the measures billions in English, I don't want to ask every user to change their browser language to English, It doesn't sound effective.

Any idea on how to permanently stick with English and ignore the browser language.
