Power BI won't allow me to copy visuals from a report

Good day, everyone

I have been trying to copy visuals from my Power BI dashboards for two days straight now but I keep getting a prompt telling me that I can't copy the visual and that there is an issue with a server. I have tried consulting the IT at my company and nobody is able to figure out why this is happening - it has never been an issue before! Can anyone provide some assistance? I would greatly appreciate it.
