Power BI report server setup method

Hi all

This is my first post in Power BI Community. Hopefully can get some sharing from the pros here.

I have read few discussion on on-premise PowerBI reporting service here but I still very confuse with them.
Is there a method where I can one time pay to setup PowerBI reporting server, subscribe 1 Power BI Pro license to publish report and all my users are freely access the report that I had published?

No there is no license like this. Power BI Report Server requires a monthly subscription that costs thousands of dollars per month at a minimum depending on the number of cores on your server. Then you also need Power BI Pro licenses for anyone that publishes reports to the server. People that just view the reports are free.
