Power BI Report server key from Premium Capacity

Hello

My question is I use the Power BI Report server key from Premium Capacity , is that mean the report server will split and use the V-Cores that are assigned for our existing cloud capacity and degrade the performance of the existing cloud ?

thanks a lot understand , so I guess is take the performance from where is installed mean from the server that where report server installed

No. The key entitles you to install Report Server to an on-prem Windows server. It does not have any impact on the cloud service. It is an additional benefit of purchasing a premium capacity.
