Power BI REST API: cannot create favorite item

I'm using the Power BI REST API in my web application. For already some years the "set favorite" was working fine for all reports by calling the API method /FavoriteItems with POST and passing an object with the "Id" attribute (id of the report). But since some months I am getting the following error message:

The property 'id' does not exist on type 'Model.FavoriteItem'. Make sure to only use property names that are defined by the type.

Do you know if something has changed in the API and how I can set a report as a favorite now via the API?

On the contrary, elimination from favorites (/FavoriteItems(<object with Id>) as DELETE request) works as usual.

I would really appreciate if you can help me solving this issue as it is for an application in production and users cannot use this functionallity for already quite a few months. Thanks a lot!!

The properties are case sensitive. The favourite payload expects an "Id" property, from the error it looks like you are passing an "id" property with a lowercase "i" - try using "Id" in your payload
