As these are now Generally Available and launched since the last update does this mean we are getting these on the soon to be announced update?

We don't yet have this feature in the current or upcoming (this month) release of Power BI Report Server, but we'll consider it for a future release. And you can always submit your ideas and cast your votes here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/filters/top?category_id=207604.
