- we are upgrading the report server version from May 21 to Sep 23 in company on-prem. Need clarification on code backup during version upgrade, any possibility to rollback if there is an error occurs.
- Also is there an option to copy the reports from one remote server to another at a time instead of avoiding downloading and updating

rs.exe -i ssrs_migration.rss -e Mgmt2010 -s http://SourceServer/ReportServer -u Domain\User -p password -v ts="http://TargetServer/reportserver" -v tu="Domain\User" -v tp="password"

I updated to the May 2024 version but I get this message:
I don't know if it is because the service becomes unavailable after the update.
