Hi Team,
We have created simple tablix wise chart which contains header , main data and footer on report builder and published under Power BI service.
When trying to export the same data to excel format , we are getting an extra blank or merged row after the data part or with footer which total in it at the bottom of the page which is not included in design part.
Please find below snapshot for your reference :
On above snapshot we can see that there is merged row at the bottom.

Sometimes, adjusting the page size and margins within the Report Builder can help eliminate unwanted rows or spacing issues. Ensure that the page size and margins are set correctly for the intended export format.

Typically merge cells mean you have a couple of objects that have different heights or Y positions. If you compare the controls that are merged vs ones that are not you should be able to see a difference in either the Y position or the height and if you correct this in the properties window where you can type in a specific value this can often fix these issues.
