Hi,
I have a Power BI report where a Navigation Page serves as the landing page, and all other data pages are hidden to ensure users follow a specific flow. I want to create an email subscription for one of these hidden pages. However, because the pages are hidden, they do not appear in the 'Report Page' dropdown menu during setup. Consequently, the subscription defaults to sending the Landing Page instead of the intended report page.
Thanks.

Hi @Anitha__A ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
Email subscriptions can’t target a hidden report page. When a page is hidden, it’s removed from the “Report page” dropdown and existing subscriptions that referenced that page can end up with a blank/invalid page reference, which causes the subscription to send the landing page or throw an error on trigger.
Please try below alternative workarounds.
1. Duplicate the PBIX with only the intended page visible. Publish it to the same workspace and create the subscription against this “delivery” report.
2. Automate emailing report exports via Power Automate, which can include content from pages regardless of visibility. It will work when hidden pages must be mailed without exposing them in navigation.

"Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that workaround isn't working for me. When I hide the page and republish the report, my subscription starts triggering an error message.
