Helper IIIPBIRS Blank Home Folder
You can first try update to the newest Jan 2020 version.
Download Microsoft Power BI Report Server- October 2020 from Official Microsoft Download Center
Then you should consider try with other supported browsers.

Helper IIII have updated our PBIRS to the newest update (released last week) to the October 2020 version. Is there a new January 2021 version yet?
After updating it did not completely solve the issue. For me, it is runnings fine using Edge, but when I tried to have someone else in my office run it, the data does not load, and eventually, they get Opps something went wrong error and there Home folder goes blank.
