PBI Report Server Installation - SQL Server 2022 support

Hi,

just want to raise that SQL Server 2022 ist not listed under the supported

versions of SQL Server Database Engines.

(I assume documentation just need to be updated.)

Is there any further / official information available on the support for SQL Server 2022 hosting the

report server databases?

Database server version requirements

SQL Server is used to host the report server databases. The SQL Server Database Engine instance can be local or remote. The following supported versions of SQL Server Database Engine can host the report server databases:

•Azure SQL Managed Instance

•SQL Server 2019

•SQL Server 2017

•SQL Server 2016 (13.x)

•SQL Server 2014 (12.x)

•SQL Server 2012 (11.x)

I just did the installation (upgrade, see my previous post with the issue of a missing upgrade option) and it seems to run perfectly. (Though i have just tested the portal yet.)
