OneDrive refresh won't remain switched off

I have a report on the server that I don't want to automatically refresh. I have turned off OneDrive refresh in settings, but each time I go back in, it switches back on. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I've reviewed other posts regarding OneDrive refresh but haven't found a solution for keeping it switched off.
