Optional Message in Subscription Email

I have tried to include an optional message in the subscription email but it's not showing when I run the subscription. It only showed once but now it doesn't show at all. I'm sure this is a Power BI issue anyone know how to fix  this?

Same here as well.  I thought I was going crazy, tried creating new subscriptions, re published same reports and nothing seems to fix it.  I don't think its a local issue.

Same here. I had a weekly auto-email that included the text fine for some weeks, and then not at all today. Do you know if anyone's reported this to Microsoft? (I'm asking my org's service desk to report it to MS...)
