Only one user of report is not able to do export to excel for report

Hi

We have report deployed to Premium Power BI and provided same access to required users.

Only one user is not not able to export report to Excel.

Please help to solve issue.

What is the error message for this user? Try let the user use a other PC to exclude the device issue, it is possible firewall blocks the access.

If all users are internal users and assign with same access permission for both dataset, RLS, and workspace. Then this is unlikely to be the power bi issue, or is the user a external/guest user from other domain?
