I Cannot save updated report to Power BI Server after upgrading to Power BI Server October 2020 (Build 15.0.1104.264) or (Build 15.0.1104.300), Released: January 8, 2021.
Could someone share any workaround to this issue ? or have a cure for this issue ?

An entry showed up on the Power BI blog site last night, change log site hasn't been updated yet though

Not a whole lot of update in it from what I can see.
Sorry there was a slight delay in publishing the changelog it should be available shortly.
