I have a paginated report produced in Report Builder that utilises 4 parameters.
Each parameters allows blank values and allows multiple values.
The report is published to Power BI Service.
The problem is, the parameters seem to be sequential - whereby parameter #1 must be completed, then parameter #2 and so on as per screenshot below where parameter #1 has been populated, parameter #2 is active, but parameters 3 & 4 ,
Even if I make selections on all parameters (including select all), and then go back to the 1st parameter to refine it, this then wipes the other parameters.
I would like users to be able to pick and choose whihc parameters they interact with first... the parameters aren't hierarchical/sequential in any way, but I can't find a way to configure this.

Hi @PetyrBaelish ,
How do you create your parameters? Could you share your steps? Are you using cascading parameters?
How about creating parameters like so: Solved: Re: Parameters in Report Builder (DAX query from P... - Microsoft Power BI Community?

Apologies for the late reply... the cusotmer decided if the first filter was removed, cascading filters were appropriate.
