Migration of Report server Jan 2023 to Jan 2024

Dear Admin Team,

My organization udpated our reprot server vefsion from jan 2023 to jan 2024. Currently am usign Jan 2023 version to develop reports.

I has dowloded Jan 2024 version from reprot server repository and dveloped few reports and tried to upload the PBI file in report server, now it is trowign error.

We're not able to upload this report. The report was created with a recent version of Power BI Desktopthat is not supported by this server.

When we try to upload a PBIX file created by the latest version of Power BI Desktop, we encounter the error you mentioned:

You need to download the Power BI Desktop version corresponding to Report Server to create your reports. You can download it from the link below:
