Migrating SQL Server Reporting Services to Power BI without premium

We are organization that has +100 reports in SSRS, which we would like to convert to Power BI. We would like to do the migration without having to upgrade to Power BI Premium. The reports are not used for printing, thus we are not contricted of that it should be paginated reports.  

The question is that is it possible to do the migration automatically without having to convert to premium and use the rdl tool provided by Microsoft?
