Matrix colors not preserved after publishing a report to on-premises Report Server

Hello,

Using Power BI Report Server (on-premises). I am facing the following issue:

I use a standard matrix visual, the one that comes by default. Column and row Totals background were set as blue in design time, in Power BI Desktop:

After publishing to our on-premises server, they constantly show in black even though I explicitly set a blue color:
