Matrix Row Height is Expanding in Power BI Online Published Report and Misaligned with Custom Shapes

I have a matrix with row padding = 8, value font size = Segui 12, column header and row headers font size = Segui Bold 12. Matrix is aligned with several layered shapes.

I have one customer for whom the matrix is expanding in size and thus becoming misaligned with the shapes around it. I cannot replicate the problem. We have the same computer with the same settings. 

I have tried:

- Locking visuals

- Turning off text-wrap for columns and rows

- Changed row padding to 9

- Fixed aspect ratio

- Groups matrix and shapes

What else can I do?

Hi @tmaybe99 ,

Please try to delete this report in Power BI Service, and then publish it from Power BI Desktop to Service  again.
