Looking for Finance Walkthrough reporting for Hearing team that moved from UHG EE to Contractors

I work back office Workforce management support and I'm looking for help with finding either the right access to pull Finance Walkthrough or Census or set up for a Hearing team that moved from UHG EEs to Contractors.

Please provide some detailed and clear sample data that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). ALso do not include sensitive information and anything that is unrelated to the issue or question.

We have a Power BI report called Walkthrough from finance at the link below.  We can track FTE moves by dept for UHG here.  I have a Hearing team that moved to new dept outside of UHG and they are now considered contractors.  I'm hoping to gain access to a similar report that will show me by month by dept new hires, transfers in or out, terms, and total staffing headcount.
