Issue with data source error (SQL Server)

Hi,
i am using On-premise gateway to connect to sql server and I am getting this error 
DataSource.MissingClientLibrary: Loading assembly file 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' failed for data source type 'SQL' Details: DataSourceKind=SQL DataSourcePath=gold;sipr

All my exisitng report have stopped refreshing suddenly.

Restart the VMs for all the cluster members of your gateway, one after the other.

To solve this error, what helped me is to go to the Data source settings, open my sources in Global Permissioons and double check that the connection settings are valid there. 

The error happened when I tried to connect to a source with different credentials, and these wrong credentials got fixed in global permissions even when I changed them in the connection settings.
