Hi @krishna_murthy,
THe proper way to do this is to use a standard gateway installed on a server, not a personal gateway installed on your computer.
Anything installed on your computer will not continue to run if your computer is off.
Based on your screenshot there, that appears to be a personal gateway.

@krishna_murthy
if your system is acting as gateway then its not possible to refresh data after you logoff your laptop. System need to be up in order to refresh or see the data on report.

@AnalyticPulse ---Then how we can fix becase Usually after we download power bi on-premises gateway then we configure email id after on the we can add connectors(we have added the source details ) right ....
Apart from what we can do --- if we logoff our laptop then what to do ? client will not agree right
Any suggestion please
@krishna_murthy please check if you have installed personal mode of gateway, if thats the case then Uninstall it and installl the standard mode gateway and you need to install the gateway on always-on server to ensures 24×7 data refresh reliability , if your laptop disconnects from the internet then gateway becomes unreachable.
hence your option is to deploy the gaetway on aways-on On-premise Server.
installing gateway on local is ok for dev & testing but for Production you have to install gateway on server. (like Azure VM or other VM)
