I do not see the file monitoring report of my immediate colleagues.

I have a problem in Operational intelligence with file monitoring (dossiermonitoring). I try to see all files of my colleagues. I can view information from five colleagues, but I cannot view this from my other twenty colleagues.

How can I be authorized to view the files of all my colleagues? Below what I have set:

Process: Revision – rating date

Location: Friesland

Focus Area: E – Finance Specialist C/D F&A
