Need to design table visual layout based on row comes

we have requirement where we have table visual as display based row comes .

For example we have 10 rows based on filter then table design then table layout compress itself for row rows only if user select 1000 rows then layout expend dynamically for 1000 rows so user can take printout without showing blank rows or scroll bar on printing the pages .
