I am building a Matrix chart in Report Builder from PowerBI dataset but some data is missing

I am creating a Matrix chart in PowerBI Report builder using a PowerBI Dataset.

The original PowerBI Matrix is as shown below:

But the imgage I get in my Paginated report has blank values and no value under column "Site" as shown below:

I am wondering where the problem could be coming from.

When i use Query designer to execute the code, there are values under the "Site" Column.

Can anyone help me with a solution?

Some of your hierarchy items are collapsed. Check your default settings for that visual.
