How to increase data retention period in ReportServer database for monitoring dashboards

Hi everyone,
I'm currently using the ReportServer database to build a monitoring dashboard for my SSRS reports. Everything is working fine, but I’ve noticed that the available data only covers the last 60 days.
For better trend analysis, I need to retain data for a longer period (e.g. 90 days or more).

Does anyone know how I can increase the data retention period in the ReportServer database, so that my dashboard can show a broader timeline?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙏
Thanks in advance

You can set this by connecting to the PBIRS instance using Management Studio Connect to Power BI Report Server with SSMS | Under the kover of business intelligence and then setting it under the logging tab
