You may refer the doc to connect to your report server:
View on-premises reports and KPIs in the Power BI mobile apps - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Remember remove the "browse" part, it needs to be in the format of "https://<servername>/reports"

I think you'd either configure this using MDM https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/configure-powerbi-mobile-apps-remote
