How to Sync Powerbi ML regrestion output data to actual report data

Hi Team,

Kindly assist in synchronizing my regression ML output model data with the live dataset for time series forecasting. Please refer to the attached screen shot for your convenience. Thank you.

The Dataflow would be a good option in this scenario.
