Getting UserID

I am using custom security sample. When i register a new member, it will add to the UserAccounts table.  The useraccounts table do not have userid. When i manage role to add the registered user to the report server. It will insert into the ReportServer Users table with userid. Where is the userid generated and where i can get it before i manually register into report server?

Hi @Anonymous ,

UserID is the ID of the user running the report.

If you are using Windows Authentication, this value is the domain account of the current user. The value is determined by the Reporting Services security extension, which can use Windows Authentication or custom authentication.

USERID is automatically generated as soon as the user is registered user to the report server, this id will not exist if he is not added to the server.

I'm afraid you can't get the Userid in advance.
