Power BI service report refresh was working this morning but now started failing. Checked and updated the on prem gateway and signed in. Still getting an issue in the connections page I see this error bwlow, it suggest completing MS support ticket however that page isnt working either.

I managed to unistall the gateway and reinstall using recovery key. This only worked with an installation pacakge from April not the latest August download
